Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Cheetah Technologies LLC wants everyone to be able to use cheetahos.app and the Cheetah OS application, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is a standing requirement for every feature we build, not a one-time project.

2. Standard we are working toward

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.2 AA includes all the requirements of WCAG 2.1 AA.

3. Current status

Conformance testing is in progress. We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim that the website or the application fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. Some pages or features may not yet meet every requirement. We will update this statement as testing is completed and issues are fixed. 4. What we do

Our approach includes [[FILL: confirm each practice is current before publishing]]:

• building pages with semantic structure, including headings, landmarks, labels and table headers, so assistive technologies can navigate them;
• making features usable with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators;
• checking color contrast and not relying on color alone to convey information;
• respecting the operating system setting to reduce motion;
• giving icons and controls accessible names;
• running automated accessibility checks during development and manual keyboard and screen reader checks on new screens; and
• building accessibility into our own code rather than relying on overlay tools.

5. Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to fix them:

Some content comes from third parties, such as Cloudflare Turnstile and Stripe payment forms. We choose providers with accessibility in mind but do not control their interfaces. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.

6. Compatibility

7. Feedback and alternative access

• the browser and any assistive technology you use, if you are comfortable sharing it.

If you cannot use part of the website or the application because of a barrier, we will help you get the information or complete the task another way, for example by email, by a phone call with a member of our team [[FILL: phone number if offered]], or by providing a document in an accessible format.

8. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, please reply to the same email and ask for your report to be reviewed by [[FILL: role responsible for accessibility]]. We will respond in writing. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
